R. Ganesh & Associates (RGA) is a firm of practicing company secretaries providing professional services for more than two decades from its office at Fort, Mumbai, India. RGA was originally established by Mr. R. Ganesh, PCS in the year 1988. In last two decades RGA has successfully provided professional company law related services to Banks, Financial Institutions, Listed Companies, Closely Held / Private Companies, Foreign Companies / Investors etc. There were some constitutional changes in RGA during 2007 and 2008 and presently RGA is owned and managed as a Partnership Firm with experienced qualified company secretaries as partners with strong a back-up team.

RGA has created its niche for providing services to banks and corporate clients with regard to various banking facilities including advisory for banks/corporate for debt restructuring, conducting search for charge creation history status, drafting of legal documents, registration of charge with Company Registry, preparation of forms as per company law requirements, liaison with Registrar of Companies for charge creation/modification/satisfaction, conducting search with Registrar of Companies, providing certification to banks/corporate, Compliance Audit, Due Diligence Report for banks etc.

RGA also provides services for incorporation of a company, incorporation of LLP, routine company law advisory and filings etc.

RGA team includes Company Secretaries with corporate experience and exposure for over a decade and close associates like Chartered Accountant, corporate Accountants, Lawyers etc. to conduct Due Diligence audit as per RBI guidelines.

RGA is located at Fort area which is the heart of Mumbai having maximum branches of Banks, HQ of Reserve Bank of India, all major Govt. offices including Registrar of Companies, Bombay Stock Exchange, HQs of Banks and many listed corporates, MNCs, Foreign Companies etc.

Jatin Popat
Jatin Popat is a Managing Partner of RGA. He is a commerce & law graduate from Mumbai and is Founder Member of ICSI (FCS 4047). Jatin is also a registered Trademark Attorney. He has working experience of more than 25 years including 4 years in Corporate Accounts/Compliances, 6 years with bank, 10 years with listed companies as senior executive / in-house counsel and last 5 years as proprietor of JSP Associates as Practicing Company Secretary. Jatin joined RGA as Managing Partner in 2009 on restructuring of RGA. Jatin is also member of CII, Bombay Chamber of Commerce and BMA.

Lakshmi Subramanian
Lakshmi is an Executive Partner at RGA. She is commerce graduate from Mumbai and Associate Member of the ICSI. Lakshmi has working experience in corporate law matters more than 11 years with RGA. Her core competencies are compliance management services with respect to company law and legal due diligence.

S. Shivakumar
Shiva is commerce graduate from Mumbai and pursuing for Company Secretaryship. He is team member of RGA for last 16 years. Shiva has expertise in bank charge creation matters and documentations. At RGA Shiva is responsible for all services to banking clients and liaison with Govt. offices.

Disha Kapadia
Disha is a commerce graduate from Mumbai and pursuing for Company Secretaryship. She did her trainings with JSP Associates, Practicing CS firm at Andheri (East) and on completion of trainings she also worked as Company law assistant. She was associated with JSP Associate for more than 3 years. She has experience in handling all company law related matters including retainership. At RGA Disha assist Partners in execution of company law matters.

Dinesh Kumbhar
Dinesh is associated with RGA for more than 14 years and he is responsible for execution of banking assignments and liaison with ROC offices for charge creation related jobs.

Bhavin Goradia
Bhavin is a commece graduate form Mumbai and final year student for ICSI. He is working as Trainee with RGA. Bhavin assist in company law matters and banking matters.

Kashinath and Neelkanth are support staff for all execution matters at RGA.

INFRASTRUCTURE

Our city office is conveniently located at Mumbai-Fort area to enable quick response to clients. We also have a suburban office at Andheri. Both the offices are well equipped with efficient communication facility viz., telephone, fax and internet connectivity. Adequate manpower is available to visit the clients and RoC offices for quick delivery of service.

Some of our clients in the banking sector include nationalized banks, private sector bank, foreign banks. We are empanelment of Two nationalized banks for many years and we have successfully catered them our services. Our other clients are Listed companies, Real estate companies, SMEs, subsidiaries of foreign companies etc. We also provide support to various corporate clients on retainership basis to enable them comply with the provisions of the Companies Act, 1956.
